Known only by the name of her armor, the Cruel Panoply ended the Era of Bloodied Steel through conquest, uniting all the various warlord factions into Falkovnia. She established state-ran slavery, primarily of nonhuman races. Falcon the Great overthrew her and usurped her throne.[1]
