Cleo, the Queen of Cats

Cleo, the Queen of Cats is the vivacious and capricious catfolk darklord of a phantasmagorical and dreamlike domain filled with various feline humanoids. Highly enigmatic, Cleo is said to have once been human but to have changed after punishing people who showed cruelty to cats.[1]
