The two-headed flesh golem is an invention of Emil Bollenbach. The creature is intelligent and can multitask with each head directing the creature's limbs in a seperate full attack. The latter is a considerable feat of fleshcrafting and bio-engineering.

Note

Bollenbach does not have means of creating golems that do not have the dread golem template. Hence this creation is a self-conscious dread golem destined to eventually turn on its maker if not destroyed.
