The Seekers of the Seven Scarabs were a cult that venerated mummies. They were defeated and scattered to the winds when Jameld of Hroth and Rudolph van Richten destroyed their ancient dead overlords in 727 BC. As a Dread Possibility, enough of the cult may have survived to start it up and resume its original goals: the gathering of the Seven Scarabs of Sakkaramon.[1]
