Black swans^[1] are the descendants of a cursed swanmay for the betrayal of her fellow swanmay as well as her lover. They typically try to ruin the lives and relationships from the inside out by insinuating themselves into the lives of their victims as beloved pets. Besides other waterfowl, the black swam is quite fond of eating children.

The bite of the black swan is poisonous. Note that the black swans were never updated to 3.x Edition, so the creature types assigned below are speculative.
