The only son of Hallie-Bourbonne Family patriarch Charles Hallie-Bourbonne, Captain Guy Bourbonne commands the family's personal fleet of boats.

Once Guy Bourbonne lost one of the family vessels when a group of bandits tricked his helmsmen into driving the vessel into rocks along northwestern Souragne. Although Guy escaped the ensuing attack, he was wounded by the leader of the bandits, whom he initially mistook for a caliban. However, Guy shortly realized that the bandit must have been a werecrocodile when he discovered that he had himself been infected with lycanthropy. Now his social standing and urbane appearance have become a disguise to hide his new, ravenous urges.
