Captain Alphonse Vignes

Captain Alphonse Vignes was a celebrated Gendarmerie captain, retired yet he remained an advisor to the current captains. As of 760 BC, he garnered the attention of Adramelech, a dread doppelganger exile from Paridon soured at its own kind there. Adremelech apparently sought to train and educate Vignes against the conceits of its kin, but the experience caused Vignes' will to falter. The experiment apparently a failure, Adremelech gaslighted Vignes, and, with sanity shattered, Vignes was committed to the Mikki Sanatorium where he is administered to by Celeste d'Honaire-Loverde.
