Burgomaster Yuri Karloff

Yuri Karloff is, or was at the time of the Falling Star of 737 BC, the last heir of the Karloff Family and burgomaster of the thorp of Delmunster in Falkovnia. He had gained ownership of all of his family's holdings, including Rook Hill Manor through betrayal and treachery.[1] Unlike a good number of others in his family, he was no spellcaster[2], but he still benefited from the remnants of his family's dark past. Yuri was served and protected by the reanimated remains of the servants who had planned to wipe out the Karloff Family.[1]
In 737 BC, a small meteor flew threw the ceiling of Rook Hill Manor. Knowing evil when he saw it, Yuri took the rock and buried it several miles away from his house in the woods. However, the experience drove him mad.[3] His fate following Delmunster's decimation by the doppelganger plant that emerged the falling star is unknown.
