Blackwater

Blackwater was a human murderer that had a fondness for drowning his victims. He became a darklord after flooding an entire community and thereby killing all its inhabitants. This heinous crime earned him the mantle of darklord of a domain where the rain never stops. Because of his apparent affinity for water, Blackwater was transformed into a water elemental. He can briefly inhabit the body of a victim by infecting the unfortunate with as little as a single drop of his essence, thereby transforming the victim's blood into water and the victim into a sort of watery zombie-like undead shell. Blackwater can take control over several such victims at once, but their bodies only last a little while before decaying back to Blackwater's normal state.
