Mentioned in Van Richten's Guide to the Mists (Item). He was apparently a moneylender who spoke few words to others yet would talk to himself in private, sometimes voicing dark and perverse desires to himself. Following the heinous murder of a maid, his dark fantasies seemed to start coming true, even after he was imprisoned. He escaped his confinement only for several copies of him to pursue him into the Mists[1]
