Necromancy/Transmutation[1] Sorcerer/Wizard Spell List Level 9[1] A powerful spell created by the darkling Allisandro Tselikov. It works as something of an improved permanency spell, but only for the purposes of cursing someone. A number of different spells can be cast with this one to give them unlimited range (as long as within the same domain or plane). Allisandro's Binding Curse an be removed temporarily with a limited wish and permanently with a fulll wish spell. However, the caster of Allisandro's Binding Curse pays a steep price: a permanent loss of Constitution.[1]
