The child of Dementlieuese expatriates, Vedarrak is a rarity among Talons. Vedarrak has learned to negotiate the soldier's battlefield or the gossip's salon with equal skill, and adds to this a considerable talent as a wizard. His choice of vocation has earned him the scorn of his fellow warriors, but his critics have had to speak behind his back, lest he overhear and demonstrate the power of mind over body. Vedarrak is member of the Fraternity of Shadows, though of low rank. [1]

Kara's Daughters Campaign
His mother Estelle Vedarrak was instrumental in the formation of Kara's Daughters, and he has intervened on a few occasions when popular opinion among the Talons has swung against the women's organization. Marcos is married to one of Vlad Drakov's daughters, and makes a point to enlist the aid of Kara's Daughters in protecting her during their frequent trips abroad.[2]
Eye of Anubis Campaign
Marcos Vedarrak has risen to become a high-ranking member of the Fraternity of Shadows.[3]
