Madam Rosa, a member of the Vistani and raunie of her traveling caravan, is the grandmother of Alexi. Alexi has been transformed into a vampire by Runold, who is now holding him captive. Madam Rosa is thus being extorted into giving command of her caravan to Runold.[1]
