Will o’ the Woods (not his real name) is the leader of a baobhan sith tribe in the forest north of Kellee in the domain Tepest. He is an outlander, drawn into Ravenloft for the murder of his tribe's chief. For this betrayal, the Dark Powers rewarded him with the ability to transform into a Will O'Wisp. However, just like a will o'wisp, he is also cursed with the need to feast upon negative emotions. This curse has made Will quite sadistic and mad even for a baohbhan sith.[1]

Will fashions himself as a prankster, though his pranks tend to be very cruel, ranging from putrefying food stores all the way up to arson, murder, and kidnapping children. Whereas he has not encountered the Three Hags of Tepest, he has had some (mostly hostile) encounters with the Shadow Fey. Powrie are particularly hated enemies.[2]
