Rega leads the [[Inquisition (of Zhakata)|Inquisition]] of the [[Church of Zhakata]] as the Scourge of the Temple. As a supposed double agent he organised the [[conspiracy]] known as the [[Circle of Darkness]].  In truth this was done in the service not of [[Yagno Petrovna]] but rather of his own cause. He seeks to remove his leader and rule the land. Rega leads the Inquisition of the Church of Zhakata as the Scourge of the Temple. As a supposed double agent he organised the conspiracy known as the Circle of Darkness. In truth this was done in the service not of Yagno Petrovna but rather of his own cause. He seeks to remove his leader and rule the land.
