And you are Canadian...think me that I don't speak english for years! I only write... Even the movies here in Italy are translated in italian!

Van, don't ever feel bad about your English! At least you speak multiple langauges.

If you speak French very slowly, I might understand a good part of what you are saying- if it's kept very simple. I'm only in the early stages of studying the language.

I know some words and phrases in Arabic, and can write my name and read numbers. That's about it for that one, though.

Other languages....just a smattering of words, useful phrases, and some fun etymological tidbits. In America, you don't need anything but English, so most of us aren't so hot with foreign languages. :wink:

Most probably I'll make it, but maybe not the exaxt time. My cousin Monday goes to New York and she has time to see me and my brother only in afternoon. But I'll try to join the party as sooner as I can.
