That would be one way.
Climb onto building 1. That gets her to roof 12.
Jump and grab roof 22.
Clamber under lip of roof onto wall next to windowsill of room 13.
If you do this, give me two CLIMB WALLS rolls and one Jumping NWP roll. If no Jumping, let's see a DEX check at -2.

Yeah, those are solid rolls.
She climbs onto the brick building,. Leaps up and catches the edge of the down slanting tile roof. Pulls herself up and over onto the roof, and then swings under the roof and climbs down the facing wall a short distance to the windowsill.
