He's not going to kill rats for stealing a bit of cheese. He will spend a folero to buy a snack on the way back and have some water. Then he'll head to the Admiral's arms to collect his money.

Ohh... that was awesome. He's 2 silver down for the fine and 5 copper down for the snack, water and bath so far, right? How much was his share from the pit? And how much did he pay for the room?

Note on water consumption

The underground supply here is pretty clear and clean, at the source.

But even in POVERO, it's not uncommon for people to mix a little new wine or vinegar with their drinking water. Some of the vendors carry bottles of vinegar or the cheapest, rawest wines, for mixing.
Others sell water flavored with rose petals.

You paid for the common room floor with meals, as I recall.

Van is out and about for a bit, and I have thesis edits coming up this week.

Anybody object to a quick gloss with the party making a rendezvous, getting paid, and having a chance to (offscreen) share info?

While we await feedback from the other players, you guys are free to assume the larger group (Titus, Alfonse, Damien ) have retired to the Frisky Friar for a meal.

At some point after they get back, Fild arrives.

RP it, or don't.

I'll post a gloss and chapter wrap up/ hold soon, if it looks like everybody is cool with a pause.

I'm back guys :)

Ewan, can you tell me how much money has Tom now so I can update the file? Last time (before the fine) he had 1sp and 18 follaros.

Tom hasn't heard what Fild said about thief's catchers guild that's why said that would be good have someone there acting like a mole to get info. He also didn't tell them that no Mook works for Gertie, I leave this to Steve to decide if he wants to say it ot no :)

I assume pit bulls exist in Povero, right Ewan?
Fild refered to Bart as the "Pit bull-y" and that joke would lose much of its strength if people don't know what pit bulls are...

Pit bulls, as such, might not exist. But if they don't, something similiar may exist.
Mastiffs and terriers do exist, so crossing them is certainly a possibility.
I'd leave the joke as is. We can always assume it is " translated."
