Those prompts for NWP checks do n't require you to roll, but if you want to read and use the spoiler box info in play, then roll one of the listed skill checks.

Players may not the prices seem lower than in Third. This isn't because it is 2E, but because I have switched from a gold standard to a silver standard.
Don't forget to adjust any coins you had left over after selecting starting gear.

Still, the prices here are reasonable.

- The first 2 Feats a wizard should take are "point blank shot" and "Precise shot"!
- W H A T ! ? !
- Or they should NEVER memorize rays!

It would be a big cramped for a full grown human man with bags, but for a little guy like Fild, the small upstairs room is likely quite comfy.
