Well those are categorically awful. I guess the first one could be a weak bard. 2nd could maybe be a priest of some kind but...god I don't want to play another one of those. Lol.

True, you play a clerical type often.

Let me look at the actual scores...
Delight is to him- a far, far upward, and inward delight- who against the proud gods and commodores of this earth, ever stands forth his own inexorable self.

The first set could also make a reedy, likable thief who is rather foolish and greedy.

The second set is pretty much fighter or cleric, as rolled.

This is all before racial adjustments (if you play a demihuman).

Let me roll a set.

Str 10
Dex 11
Con 7
Int 14
Wis 11
Chr 10

Here we have a basically average guy, but one who is highly intelligent and not so hardy.
Note that a 7 Con does not impose a hit point penalty in this edition.

Yeah, those scores would make a fine wizard.
He may fail some incidental CON checks now and then. But he loses no hit points due to the low score. (Penalties start a 6, going down). And no effect on saving throws vs poison (you have to have a hella low score for that).
A 14 INT is good stuff. I will be using NWPs, and that gives him four extra slots.

You want us to go ahead and make the character? Or should we wait for you to get more players/details on the setting and our starting level?

You can make him now, sure.

Starting level will be low, quite probably first level. Just make him that way.

As far as setting details go, you will be newcomers in a port city. It might be compared (roughly) with a late medieval or early Renaissance Italian city, somewhere in the north.
This is not your hometown, although you could be from the region. Or far away.

Greyhawk started with a dungeon.
This campaign starts with a city. If we keep playing past the first adventure, I expect that a mixture of hombrew locales and regions I have made notes on, more material adapted from published sources, and player suggested/ created stuff will grow the world.

Gertie Larue
1st level Thief

Brown Haired? . Picture young Catwoman from Gotham TV Show

Forgetful, Short Fuse, Hums a Lot (With Ch 7 it is a nice thing to do :P )
Very acrobatic, moves in a dancing way.

Skills of note : Fast Hands (High P/P score)

Well I don't know very well the 2nd edition but I'm big fun of Ewan's campaigns so I will like to give it a try :D

Set 1:

[dice]0[/dice]
[dice]1[/dice]
[dice]2[/dice]
[dice]3[/dice]
[dice]4[/dice]
[dice]5[/dice]

STR: 15
DEX: 12
CON:11
INT:6
WIS:9
CHA:9

Set 2:
[dice]6[/dice]
[dice]7[/dice]
[dice]8[/dice]
[dice]9[/dice]
[dice]10[/dice]
[dice]11[/dice]

STR: 9
DEX: 11
CON:11
INT:15
WIS:8
CHA:8

That could be a ranger maybe with no social skills and not the smartest guy or from the set 2 an obnoxious not wise wizard :P

- The first 2 Feats a wizard should take are "point blank shot" and "Precise shot"!
- W H A T ! ? !

Not bad, unless you want to play a smart guy.
Can't be a Mage. Qualifies for thief, fighter, and cleric.
