I just wanted to send you a quick note on behalf of some of the students in our After School Program! We've been using your page ( http://fraternityofshadows.com/TheBalcony.html ) quite a bit while going over different styles of poetry and famous poets, it has been super helpful

As a 'Thank You', a couple of the kids also found and wanted to pass along this page all about the life and work of Edgar Allan Poe: ( http://www.datehookup.com/content-an-ed ... an-poe.htm )

We've actually been using it just as much as your page and thought that maybe you would want to include it on your Balcony Resource page! I was hesitant to email you at first but the group keeps asking if I've talked to you about it yet! haha

Would you possibly consider adding it for them? I would love to surprise and show them before we finish the unit this Friday, that their research find has actually benefited someone else! They would be so excited!...and I may even surprise them with a pizza party

Seriously, it's not the first time we have that kind of message, last year it was about a school project on pirates.

Last week, hoping to get in a Ravenloft Game that wouldn't happen (the responsible parties for that know which they are!) I bought two Ravenloft novels. One had a reference to the FoS.
The Reviews for them had FoS in the first 4-5 results. And when I say 4-5, I don't mean 4th. IIRC one of the two had FoS just after the amazon reviews.

Minor thread hijack--I just did a Google search for "Ravenloft" and discovered that the FoS site is now second, after the Wikipedia article. We have supplanted Secrets of the Kargatane at last.

What about a teacher doesn't scream evil? Surely we've cursed our share! This is indeed good news, I always dream of the setting getting some legs and turning into something a little more mainstream. The I, Strahd movie....sigh.
