Erm, no.

All neck slots give you + to all non-AC defenses. So no matter what your neck slot is, if it has a +X, you get +X to F/R/W.

Cloak of Resistance also gives you resistance to a type of energy damage, chosen when you make (or buy) the cloak. You have to pick that resistance when you acquire the cloak and it can't be changed.

Devereux is closest, followed by MR, followed Andre. Given the absence of pretty much any other opinion I shall move you guys to Devereux next post, unless someone says something.

If allowed Nicolas will use the journey to play a song of rest allowing each PC to regain an additional 5 hp ontop of each surge used.

Nicolas himself will use 2 for 38 + 10 = 48 HP back

Nicolas will also trigger the daily on the Fochlucan Bandore giving Katja +2 to weapon damage rolls until next rest.

Lia will use two surges, with Nicolas' bonus added in, that becomes 38 hp on top of the 19 she has, thereby ending at 57 hp.

If I may, I recommend using this on a character like Rex instead of Katja, for two reasons:

1.) Rex is a striker, not a defender. It's his job to put out damage, damage, and more damage.

2.) Rex is also a PC, so he is guaranteed to be present. Katja is likely to be around, but not 100%.
