Shana should be fine with anyone but Jamethon, and she would work even with him in a crisis. She no longer has any respect for Alain's moral fibre after his "standing up for your beliefs is wrong and stupid" speech, but she has affection for him, and respects him as a scholar.

She was hurt by Ino's support for Threan, but not enough for any long term effects.

We'll see who is playing and what the DM wants. We don't even know if we'll have Blaise back for this one.

If Shana's coming back would be more disruptive to the party than Jamethon's continuation with the party (he stayed with Ino, Alain, and Threan- the majority) would you make them same offer that I did? Lay her aside for this one? Let the group decide?

Perhaps Raf would make a new game with us making new pc's? I would have to at any rate because Jarg is dead and playing Breana/Rardi is out of the question.

Of course: I could bring across (a parallel world version) of my PC from Tarlyn's game. She was an interesting character who I sadly didn't get to play much.

On a point of information, though, Ino's with Shana. The end split was Ino/Blaise/Shana on the docks, Alain/Jamethon/Gnomes in custody.

Shana would never work with Threan, if her life depended on it. She does not believe in guilt by association though: she has nothing at all againt Glim and would work with him without a qualm.

I don't see the old party getting back together as a whole. Not gonna happen, if you ask me.

I have a concept for a new PC, if such is necessary.

Its not that bad. Of the SB/RLO group only Shana and Jamethon have seriously fallen out. And if the mists dump the two together: well it will be interesting!

Hmm...I'm not so sure that Alain will be happy to see Shana, though. Not my PC, so I can't be sure.

As of now, I have no idea how I will set the campaign up exactly,
but since it would be a sequel to the original games I ran, I will probably want as many old characters back as possible.

I am aware of the in-fight in the party, but I think I can handle that.

As I recall, Alain left the game quite a broken man. Having his friends turn there backs on him and being arrested for following orders and aiding in the wholesale slaughter of quite a lot of people did wonders for his already fractured personality.

If Alain were to return he would be a very different person.

Inovidil indeed doesn't have any problem with any of the old characters. Yes she might be a bit colder with Jamethon but is nothing to worry about. She has tried hard to keep the group united and is willing to try to do that again. As about Shana, Ino still likes having her in the party, yes she might get along with the gnomes but don't forget that Glim fixed her spellbook that was crucial for her. She will do her best to have all the party members together again and get over old grudges if possible.

Ino being the best, kindest, and just plain nicest of the PCs, this makes perfect sense.

To remind everyone unless the group wishes to recompense Al for his time away from fishing . He will taking the group to the cave in 5 days from the night of the party . Also the party can use the intervening time to Trade spells(Dalorna) . Also transcribe spells(Professor Huln) that they have recently gotten via chance and other wise . And other things that the party may do to make up the time like preach about there God(Isidar) etc.

Also anything the group may have gotten for the nets they may want to familiarize themselves with .
And to whoever is trading the Nets to Ping . When starting a transaction such as this that person actually starts with how much they would accept for the Nets and then it goes back and forth between the two people . This is called haggling people . And it is started by the person trying to get rid of an item(s) .

Hmmmm, waiting to trade spells and gather more info isn't a bad idea. Need more spells.

If we need 5 days to arrive to the cave spellcasters cannot swap spells when we camp for the night? That way we don't have to wait another day.

I think we should decide before hand how much we want to trade the nets and then go see Ping. We can't argue in front of him what price we want. As for the talking I think Dalorna can start the talk and then the rest of us can add details so we get higher price. Like Isidar can say that are masterwork, Sara can say that from her experience they cost a lot, Alia can use her diplomatic skills to convince Ping etc. If we work as group I think we have more chances to get more money.
