Xaven is a vampire who resides within Citadel Cavitius. He is married to Kyrie. They both serve Lord Haroln. Both Xaven and Kyrie are both originally from Hazlan. Meekali teaches them magic.[1]
As vampires in Citadel Cavitius, Xaven and Kyrie must report to some degree to Lord Haroln. They have have been watching his judicial load reducing activities and may report him to Vecna.[2]
Given his stats, Xaven is likely a fledgling vampire.
