Werner Ruscheider

Werner Ruscheider is the son of Dr. Harmon Ruscheider.[1] He was poisoned and impersonated by Vort, a vassalich who incorrectly believed he was serving Azalin's interest by gaslighting Dr. van Richten.[2]
