Like the Palace of Vecna in Vecna's domain of Cavitius, the Dark Powers gave him an all but perfect copy of his Black Tower on the Prime Material Plane. It the Forbidden Library as well as living quarters for the Heart of Vecna, the Hand, and the Eye, but much of the rest of it lies empty and abandoned.[1]
