Landenford - capital city Ruled over by the Dunwen family from their ancestral home, Castle Varamont.
Castles
Dragondell - Ruled over by House Drangir, it controls one of the most fertile areas in the land and is the strongest fortification
Magehold - Ruled over House Lyderly. As its name suggests it's home to a large number of mages.
Moonhall - Ruled over by House Feldark, they frequently ride out against the monsters decend from the Varmine Mountains.
Blackfort - Controled by the Order of the Black Cloak.
Mackdenheath - Ruin castle of the cursed Mackdorn family
Evenflow - Ruined castle of the elven Galien family
Deadrock - a dark and mysterious castle hidden deep in the Varmine Mountains

Church and State
Government
Varamont is Feudal hereditary monarchy, however the current King Dunwen is dieing with no heir. This has lead to disputed succession between the noble families and an ongoing civil war between the nobles as the jocky for the position of next in line for the throne
Gods and Religions
Two religions are worshiped in the domain, the Church of Ilmater and that of the Morninglord under the outworlder name of Lathander
