Character from Carnival of Fear. Valor Ceres [1] was a midget fire-eater who was part of Carnival l'Morai. He served behind Marie the Blind Juggler and Hermos as a leader of the carnival performers in their rebellion against the City of l'Morai and the Puppetmaster. He survived the violent conflict and fled with Hermos out of L'Morai at the end of the book. {{Spec|He most likely went on to join Carnival (Society)
