Tor-O-Gon (real name: Doctor Egon) was once an entirely amoral and unethical scientist from an outlander world of high technology. However, the Dark Powers whisked Egon away from his homeworld and transferred him to a primordial CL 1 domain where he now leads a tribe of barbaric cavemen.[1]
