An unnamed region of land (simply called the black heath or the heath in Carnival of Fear) in l'Morai separates Carnival l'Morai from the City of l'Morai. it is a crime punishable by death if a freak or circus performer from Carnival l'Morai is caught trespassing into this land.[1]
