Said to be one of five such pieces of the a greater artifact beloning to Ezra, the Shard of the Shield of Ezra is a relic of the Church of Ezra. It is kept in Lechberg, in Borca. It grants the continual effects of comprehend languages and tongues spells. It also enables the use of the shield of Ezra granted power according to the wielder's alignment, though gradually attempts to manipulate and influence holders not of its ethos.[1]
