The Ranging is the second epoch of the Vaasi Timeline, following the Grazing and preceding the Breaking. Coinciding with the beginning of the Vaasi Timeline, the Unification of the five major clans. The Ranging marks a period of conquest by the Gammel Vaasi of nearby lands, even a whole continent, including Daamark and Tygaam, all within the lifetime of Eternal King Zaanji Højplads but ends with his demise and the Breaking, as his empire begins to dissolve.[1]
