Jampal Rinpoche is the current jampala, the reincarnated temporal leader and spiritual leader, of the monastic theocracy in Dorjiloka currently residing in exile in Gzigkhai. He is assisted by Mala Rinpoche. Jampal Rinpoche is classed as a 12th level monk in the 3rd Edition version of Dorjiloka presented in the netbook Navigaccio.[1]
In the 4th Edition version of Dorjiloka presented in Worlds of Ravenloft, the jampala is unnamed save for the title of the Prime Master. Like many 4e NPCs, he has his own statblock.[2]
