The Phantom Highwayman is a spectre that haunts the Mists around Richemulot. He is known for attacking travelers and draining their lives away with his sword. However, the Phantom Highwayman has an unusual weakness in that, if presented with a bag filled with a few coppers and earth from the banks of the Musarde River, he will be forced back into the Mists. He supposedly met his doom there in life.[1]
