The entity known as the Man in the Yellow Hat is a vile creature devoid of morality but capable of amazing feats that defy both the laws of nature and sensibility. He stages various crimes to cause fright and panic among the populace of his city domain. Nobody knows that the "Man" is in truth the hat on his head possessing a humanoid. The hat holds a mad artist's soul, almost omnipotent now but a loser in his former life.[1]
