In his guide to witches, Dr. van Richten mentioned an unnamed madman gaslighted by a hag disguised as an elven maiden. This man presented an obsessed loathing for elven women. Although Dr. Illhousen tried to treat the young man at the Clinic for the Mentally Distressed in Nova Vaasa, the madman escaped and murdered two women in Nevuchar Springs before being killed himself[1]
