The Lilan

The Lilan is a vampire who was once hunted by Cyran Devichi and his other fellow vampire hunters in Richemulot. The Lilan brazenly confronted them without disguise and began conversing with them. Although the rest of the adventurers were taken aback but conversational, Cyran charged into attack the Lilan.

In the ensuing combat, the Lilan destroyed all of the band, save for Cyran Devichi, who he transformed into a vampire and then left to his own devices.

The Lilan is known for being a seducer of women and then murdering or their lovers.
