Twelve in number, The Hounds are the twisted and bestial servants of the Minister of Fear. They can be encountered accompanied the Minister as he travels through the Midnight Market. The Hounds were all once independent beings whom gave their consent to become the Minister's Beasts and Slaves upon his request. Every time the Minister has made this request, the person have agreed to become transformed into the Minister's servants.[1]
