The Hand of Vecna together with the Eye of Vecna are among the most infamous relics in existence. The Hand of Vecna is a shriveled left hand cut from the arm of the lich Vecna with the Sword of Kas. It is cursed. Woe to anyone who would cut off his own arm and replace it with that of Vecna. The fell thing was briefly in Cavitius.
