The Golden Hand

The Golden Hand is a "finder's shop" set up in Fallaya within the Fallaya Basin. It is run by a gnome thief/illusionist, Johnny Beetlefoot.

The Golden Hand will find any item that interests Johnny for the right price. But the shop itself works on a barter system, and Beetlefoot refuses any sort of payment beyond barter.

The Finder's Shoppe

The shop is located just off the main marketplace of Fallaya. It is a modified stone building with a wooden second floor added and a large warehouse behind it. The shop itself is covered in greenish mold, like most buildings in Fallaya, with its sign made from a broken ship's rudder hanging above the door.

Inside, it is a creaky and damp single main room with a door to the back room and a staircase going upwards behind a counter. Along the walls are various and sundry items, from maps of the Core and other stranger places to a bookshelf filled with books, charts, and knick-knacks. There is a sign printed along the counter that reads in most languages of the Demiplane the same thing: "All things can be found if you look hard enough. No coin payment accepted."

Staff

Johnny Beetlefoot is the boss and owner of the Golden Hand Finder's Shoppe, as the creaky and moss covered sign purports. Many of the other staffers call him "Cap'n."

Frederick, a human ex-pat from Falkovnia, now a sea-ghoul. He has a slightly off look to him, with his greenish tinted hair always wet and pulled back, a sea-green bandana covering his falcon-marked forehead. He runs the main shop, his enormous great sword now mounted to the wall, covered in barnacles with a red and black pearl set into the blade about two inches above the hilt. He is a jovial sort, and hides the fact that he is undead incredibly well, though how long he can keep his hunger at bay with raw fish and chickens is uncertain.

Corso Bladesmith, a sickly outsider dwarven Rhabdomere. Corso practices a rare form of divination created by dwarves from a far-off world he can no longer find or get back to. Corso spends his time helping his Cap'n in his searches and working as a weapons-maker in the Fallaya marketplace. Corso also spends his nights searching in vain for his homeworld with his diving rod and divination magic, driven by his obsession.

Tarot, a Half-Vistani mute.
