the Foreigners are a race of alien monsters that lived in the world of humans prior to the emergence of magic. With the discovery of magic, humans sealed the foreigners were sealed away behind a dimensional barrier]] called the Tapestry. Since magic's corruption by the Red Death, the Foreigners have slowly been escaping. These extremely alien, roughly humanoid shaped outsiders are extremely alien in mindset (showing both predatory and very odd preoccupation with humanity) and possess powerful psychic abilities, including the ability to Modify Memory.^[1]
