Citadel of Truth

The Citadel of Truth (mostly so named to inspire awe in the peasantry) is a highly decorated fortress that serves as the headquarters for the Empyrean Inquisition of Malosia. It sits below the Empyrean Basilica on Scions Mount in Caercaelum. It also serves as an prison.
