The Bloody Cobbler was a mysterious creature that roamed Sithicus. He was known to graft the skin from the soles of those who died with unfinished business -- as well as those he executed for having rejected their true purpose in life -- onto those without purpose and those in need of aid in pursuing their purpose, mystically transferring that purpose in the process. [1] He is revealed to have been a manifestation of Lord Soth's son, Peradur, along with the Whispering Beast; the two merge to take Peradur's shape in Isolde's arms during the Hour of Screaming Shadows.[2]
