Mentioned Van Richten's Guide to the Mists (Item), a seer transfported through the Mists to various places to warn of disasters but could only do so in vague and ambiguous fashions. He appeared before the White Plague of Darkon and the October Flood of Kartakass[1] One of his purported special abilities is to conjure fog as he needs it.[2]
