The Black Dragon is the sentient control mechanism of a crashed Spelljammer vessal. It dominated its captain once activated and killed its crew before crashing and becoming the darklord of Annaes. It seeks to rebuild itself and to find a means to dominate all those needed to crew itself.[1]
