Tamara is a gnome who disguises herself as a human child looking for her "mommy" the better to pick pockets. Emil Bollenbach replaced the three fingers that she lost in a knife fight with three new ones that are overly long. This was in retun for her agreeing to help kidnap Dr. Rudolph van Richten in 738 BC. Her partners in this crime were Allandra, Amir, Jody, Magee and Pasquale.
