Psst! Secret for you... none of them exist!  ;) Seriously, though, I think it can stay. I don't really want to have Real Real People (John W. Mangrum), Fictional Real People (Strahd), and Fictional Fictional People (Zhakata). Especially since that last category is going to be really small. Most Fictional Fictional people are aliases of Fictional Real people (Vasili Von Holst, Tempus La Mark...). The distinction is kind of sketchy when it comes to Deities in Ravenloft anyway. Zhakata and the Overseer are the only ones we know to be nonexistent. The rest, who knows?
