Stas Borta

Stas Borta lives in the Port of Kosova in Sanguinia, where he serves as the unofficial harbor master. He receives a stipend from the Kosova city council to greet newcomers, provide food and shelter as needed, and to direct them along the proper road to Kosova.[1]
Stas is aided by his sons Bors and Oleg.[1]
