The Spectral Hag template is an aquired template that can be applied to any hag to make the base creature into a spectral hag. It confers not only many of the special abilities and vulnerabilities of the common spectre but also the ability to ritually create hags from victims of the appropriate humanoid subytpes with rituals under nights of the full moon.[1]
