The wise beast Sharabha is said to have its lair somewhere in the eastern Yahasha Mountains. While legends differ, the most commonly Sharabha is described with a lion's head and body, an eagle's beak and wings, and four arms on a humanoid torso.[1]
Some Rajians claim Sharabha devours all who reach its lair. Others claim it speaks wisdom to those who come seeking enlightenment.[2] Some Rajians worship it as a god.[1] It may even be an aspect of Siva.[3]
